The driver picked me up at the airport and was really friendly. Unfortunately he dropped me off at the wrong hotel. However, once I contacted the company and explained about the misunderstanding they went ahead and reimbursed me for the additional charges I had getting another cab to reach the correct hotel. Brilliant service. We used book a taxi 3 times during our stay. Each time the drivers were lovely & were on time.
